Drawing on her time as a consultant at Deloitte and her extensive experience in digital strategy, Elissa launched Spark Growth in 2011, a boutique growth marketing agency for health and wellness brands in regulated industries.

In 2018, Elissa identified a critical need for specialized support in managing executive social media and founded Influential Executive. Her team developed unique tools and frameworks designed to amplify leaders’ voices, aligning their online presence with business goals.
